This was in a boilerplate contract I just reviewed. I can't make this shit up:
"If a controlling entity controls a controlled entity, the controlling entity also controls all entitites controlled, directly or indirectly, by the controlled entity or entities."
The above basically means:
"All your base are belong to us".

Back Again
I spent the long weekend with the family, doing family things.
I spent 3 hours in trains and over 10 hours in cars. I ate a corndog. I watched girls in bikinis. I walked on baby jellyfish until I realized they were baby jellyfish. I got a tan. I pissed off an old couple by a lake. I took lots of pictures. I went to three BBQs. I fell asleep with one dog napping on my chest and another on my feet. I got cursed out by an angry man who didn't like the smell of starter fluid. I nearly got into a canoe. I shouted at birds. I bowled over 150 for the first time. I got very drunk with my brother-in-law. I talked shop with contractors. I drank a scary berry flavored Sprite soda. I made an origami panda bear. I found an arcade that only had games from the 80s.
I came home and found out I have to move out in a month.
