This was in a boilerplate contract I just reviewed. I can't make this shit up:
"If a controlling entity controls a controlled entity, the controlling entity also controls all entitites controlled, directly or indirectly, by the controlled entity or entities."
The above basically means:
"All your base are belong to us".
